Chumleighland is on ten lovely wooded acres on scenic third world South Camano Island, with convenient access to the mainland by bridge via State Route 532. We are about an hour and a half north of Seattle. WA by car. We are one half mile from a secluded public access beach. Island County Public Transit has FREE service 5 days a week into Stanwood where you can catch an Amtrak train north or south, and Mt. Vernon Transit Center (Amtrak, Greyhound, Skagit Transit) to the north with connections to Bellingham and Whidbey Island. Our street corner is an Island Transit Bus stop. and there are a plethora of other buses to the south. We'll be happy to provide public transit directions, and if you're coming by train or bus we'll be happy to pick you up on the mainland in Stanwood at no charge. We strive to be TOTALLY GREEN in our operations. We compost and recycle whenever possible and ask you to do the same. Though we have our own excellent quality well, Camano Island is a Sole Source Aquifer and we request your aid in Conserving Water
